Secondary school diploma

If you are (almost) 18, you can obtain a secondary school diploma by learning a trade. Combine training for your profession with additional general education (Aanvullende Algemene Vorming = AAV).

The AAV certificate + your vocational training certificate = a secondary education diploma.

What vocational training courses can you combine the AAV with? 

A course of at least 1 year

You can combine these courses with the one-year AAV:

Courses lasting at least 1.5 years
